A rare image documenting the brief period during which Madadkin attempted to satisfy the requirements of the International Committee for the Regulation of Folk Duos. The inspection ultimately failed when neither performer could provide the mandatory Certificate of Sufficient Melancholy. The committee was later abolished following the Great Ukulele Incident of 2019.
